人生太苦，但你甜呀，是研糖的solgan。
Life is too bitter, but you are sweet,which is the slogan of “YanTang”.
甜品在嘴里融化的那瞬間是喜悅，是甜蜜。是表情的微妙變化。
The moment the dessert melts in your mouth is joy and sweet. It's also a subtle change in expression
我們發現面包和甜品的顧客是女性及小孩居多。我們應該更要照顧到這部分群體的體驗和感受。現在的女性更注重環境和氛圍。一家中規中矩的店鋪不再是這個時代的特點。把面包店做成不像面包店。這是我們設計想法。
We found that our bread and dessert’s customers are mostly women and children. We should pay more attention to the experience and feelings of this group. Women nowadays pay more attention to the environment and atmosphere. A proper shop is no longer a feature of this era. Making a bakery shop is not like a shop of bakery. This is our design idea.

有了這樣的想法，我們就想到了雜貨店。面包其實可以像首飾，像杯子，像帽子，他們可以是獨立的商品一個一個擺在那里。甚至放在柜子里，像精美的裝飾品一樣。我們通過這樣的想法設計了一個兩層中島柜，以及兩個收納柜來擺放面包。

當面包作為中心點之后，接下來我們需要在周邊融入人流。我們在面包柜體的另三個面設計了吧臺以及客桌。其中一面墻壁我們設計了透明玻璃，能看到后廚的全面制作過程。這里我們設置了3組客桌，對客人來說可以直觀的看到制作過程保證了食品安全，對面包師來說被觀看制作過程是注重和在意。
With the bread as the center, then we need to blend in with the flow of people around. We designed the bar and guest table on the other three sides of the bread cabinet. On one of the walls which we designed transparent glass make it possible to see the full production of the kitchen. Here we set up 3 groups of guest tables, which can visually see the process of bread making and ensure food safety for the guests, while for the baker, it is important and meaningful to be observed the process of the food making.

一般的路邊店鋪因為門頭的突出會讓室內陽光進不去，這家店上午太陽正對店鋪門頭，我們希望陽光直照室內，所以在外立面上面我們沒有過多的處理，盡可能讓陽光照射進來。中間的大門是我們的點睛之筆。大門是2.8m高x1.5m寬，從遠處無意間的眺望也會注目此處。大門左側的折疊窗結合了室內外，打開之后下方座椅1m寬，室內外兩側都可以提供給客人休息。
Generally, the protruding of the door head will prevent indoor sunlight from coming in. In this shop, the sun is directly shining towards the door head in the morning, so we hope that the sun will shine directly into the room. Therefore, we do not have too much modification on the facade, and try our best to let the sun shine in. The middle gate is our finishing touch. The gate is 2.8m high by 1.5m wide, and an inadvertent view from a distance will also be noticeable here. The folding window on the left side of the door combines indoor and outdoor seating, which is 1m wide at the bottom. Both sides of the door can be provided for guests to take a rest.

這家店不在商業區，對比商業空間需要的性能，我們更注重的是可以放松的氛圍和整體色調。
我們特意把木材做舊，墻壁的紋路也是施工隊手刷，帶有一些凌亂。有舊有新的對比會更加讓店鋪有層次感。
This store is not in the business district. Compared with the performance required by the commercial space, we emphasized more to the relaxed atmosphere and overall tone.We made the wood old deliberately, and the texture on the walls were also hand-brushed by the construction team, with a little messy. Old and new contrast will give the shop a sense of hierarchy.
