咖啡店，不止咖啡Café , is more than coffee
“冬日最愜意的時光大概是這樣的：窗外的白雪如羽，鼻尖的咖啡香，手裡握著的書本香，還有傳來一首好久不見的戀曲。”

“一杯好喝的咖啡”，以這個看似簡單的標準，卻是對當下青年社交狀態的探索。2020年Qing Coffee在北京潮流圣地三里屯選址開店，CUN寸DESIGN試圖用強烈的造型語言打破原空間的平靜，對原來的空間狀態制造一次視覺沖突。
空間從入口以頂部鏡面方式延伸至建筑內部，并模糊室外與室內的邊界。Yohji Yamamoto曾說：“自己”這個東西是看不見的，撞上一些別的什么，反彈回來，才會了解“自己”。鏡子這種設計材料的運用，不僅通過鏡面反射擴大有限空間的視覺體驗，并且營造出一個無限的空間，不斷重復以至無窮遠方的感受，或許會帶給客人的這種感受是一種盜夢空間中的虛擬鏡世界，夢幻與現實中的往來同存。空間除去門的另一自然光源入口，設計選擇圓形窗進行內外對話。一定厚度的圓形窗口，創造的好奇感以吸引來來往往的人群注目，對內也成為每個到店顧客的打卡點。

Alexander Calder 亞歷山大·考爾德一生都在不斷探索關于時間和空間、物質和生命以及宇宙能量運動法則。他的動態雕塑構建起了一個個微觀“宇宙”，以整個宇宙系統為基本形式，與空間、光線和空氣的流動相互協調，隨著作品的運動，時間也在流淌。我們鐘愛考爾德的動態雕塑，球狀動態雕塑在空間的運動使得空間更加溫馨可愛。
新零售空間，強調的不僅是人在空間的行為動態和感受，更是一段時間的精神鎖定。圓在人的精神領域更是不可或缺，幾乎完美的形狀使用在空間內進行重新排列結構。在整體以灰色為基底，設計讓空間更加純粹，從而感受彼此和產品。

Circle is indispensable in the realm of spirit; this almost perfect shape is used to rearrange the structure in the space. Based on gray palette, the design makes the space more pure, so that people will pay more attention to products.

整體空間既可以被看作是一個生活方式虛體，又可以由實體空間反轉而成。為了說明這種虛與實，正與負的相對關系框架所形成的空間，平面布局中墻體的布置將空間一分為二。空間的左右區分則想傳遞的是兩種品嘗咖啡的氛圍狀態「休閑小聚+都市快捷」，滿足三里屯人休息品嘗咖啡的慢節奏，也符合黃金地帶白領的快捷提神的需求。
The entire space can be regarded as a virtual container of life style, and it also can be formed by the inversion of physical space. In order to showcase that the space is formed by the relative relationship between virtual and real, positive and negative, the wall divides the space into two parts in the layout. The left and right distinction of space aims to create two atmospheres of coffee tasting, that is casual gathering and urban fast life. The layout can satisfy the slow lifestyle for rest and coffee, and it can also meet the fast and refreshing needs of white-collar workers in the golden zone.

咖啡操作區是空間的視線焦點，頂面圓形藝術旋轉藝術裝置與吧臺對應擺放。并且只有一半裝置留有燈源，這樣的設定使每個顧客在品嘗咖啡的同時，每個角度所關注到的這個藝術裝置的不同光感映射形態和的視覺互動，結合只有一半鏡面的疊加，空間不在是以單維度的存在。
The coffee operating area is the focal point of the space. The circular rotating art installation is placed corresponding to the bar counter. And only half of the installation is left with a light source, so that when tasting the coffee, each customer can have a different impression of the installation caused by different angles and light mappings. 同元素的運用，800mm面寬的環形吧臺緩和了原有長形空間的深度，組成三個獨立的咖啡操作區：手沖分享區域；收銀與甜品選擇區域；意式咖啡制作區域，圓形的選擇可以使員工兼顧來自任何方向的服務需求。

電影愛在系列三部曲，男女主的相遇與漫談伴隨著咖啡，多年后任然記憶猶新。咖啡廳帶來的是歲月靜好，沒有往事，也不必有未來，靜默安然，只靜靜地傾聽喜愛之人的說過的話語，像杯中咖啡一樣細細研磨過的，水乳交融的細膩與絲滑柔順。與其他三里屯商業商戶不同，這里隔絕了城市的噪雜，與Qing Coffee LOGO拼接元素相近的地面拼接水磨石，讓這里回歸了無需雕琢的天然。

靜靜地傾聽，Qing Coffee也許不會留存他們之間說過什么，卻一定記住了那些話的味道，泛起的咖啡的余香，綿揉著三分之一咖啡般的人生閱歷、三分之一牛浮般的內在修為，三分之一奶泡般的知性風情。邂逅，只不過是一杯咖啡的距離。

該項目面積約200平米，改造前的店鋪空間較為封閉，對于往來的三里屯人而言，無疑是較難辨別出其咖啡店屬性的。設計師認為改造后的店鋪應具有開放性，不但可以讓在外的行人看到店中，亦能讓坐于店內的客人品嘗咖啡芬芳同時欣賞往來的現實世界。
The project covers an area of about 200 square meters. Before renovation, the space is relatively closed which makes it difficult to stand out in the busy Sanlitun area. The design emphasizes the openness of café. In this way, the passerby can see the inside of Qing Coffee, and the guests can have a view of outside world while sitting inside and enjoying the coffee.

燈光布置方面，采取圓形投射燈為主的表現，除去基本光照以外，讓光束使每個產品完美的呈現。白色石材制作的圓形臺面，精準的切割讓石材展臺呈現及其干凈，精致且高級。

分割兩側的隔墻則是左右空間的鏈接，但并不完全隔離。透過圓形序列的小孔可以窺探另一面，陣列的排布讓空間的藝術性不僅是表面的袒露和呈現，而是將存在于同一空間的兩種不同表達合二為一。
