余姚酒店式公寓的室內設計是以城市酒店公寓定位——高端精英人士居住區為著手點，將主調設定為低調奢華，既體現了簡約的設計風格，又彰顯了現代城市高端人群對生活獨到的見解與品位。為了讓空間使用率最大化，在有限層高內劃分為兩層，一層滿足日常活動、飲食等需求，二層設計成私密的起居空間，一層客廳的挑高、到頂的電視柜及書柜，二層臥室的落地玻璃，通透的主衛及簡潔的樓梯，營造出小而精、通而透的效果，將整個空間的公共區域與私密區域進行了明確的劃分，在材質表現上，通過不同高品質的材質（木飾面、石材、鏡面、壁紙、硬包等）的相互映襯，來彰顯低調奢華的生活品位。
The Yuyao Service Apartment has adopted the interior design positioning of an urban service hotel, a high-end elites’ residence, so that it boasts a melody of moderate luxury by integrating the minimalistic style and the unique view and taste for the urban life from its target buyers. In order to enhance the space utilization, the limited space is divided into two floors, the first floor is dedicated to daily activities and dining, the second is designated for private bedrooms. The high-ceilinged living room, the TV cabinet and large bookcase on the ground floor and the French windows in all bedrooms, transparent master bathroom, along with the simple stairs on the second floor: all these are meant to show a small, exquisite and transparent space, clearly dividing public and private spaces. In terms of expression of materials, various advanced finishes (wooden cover, stone, mirror, wallpaper and hardcover, etc.) are against each other to demonstrate a moderate luxury taste of life.
在平面布局上，強調其使用的合理性，書房與客餐廳相通，臥室與一層相隔、相透，讓每個空間都得以延伸。同時又不影響使用的私密性。將有限的空間做無限的功能考慮，將寸土寸金的觀念植入室內空間的劃分，真正做到緊湊而不擁擠。
As for the floorings, we have focused on the reasonable utilization. The bedrooms and the ground floor are divided but connected at the same time; every single space is extended without affecting the sense of privacy. Through above design, a limited space is endowed with unlimited features, the concept of ‘land is gold’ is embodied in the interior space division, and the main purpose of of ‘compact but not crowded’ has been successfully achieved.
